If you're ordering from outside the EU, please note that Lumosun B.V. does not collect VAT, GST, duties, or local taxes at checkout.

What kind of warrany does Lumosun offer?

You have the right to return any product purchased from Hears within 30 days of the delivery date. Even if you have used them! The product does need to be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
